Numr is Africa's leading real estate data and analytics platform. We're expanding into the Kenyan market and need a talented content creator and researcher to help us establish our presence in Nairobi while building our brand across Africa.

The Role

We're seeking a Content & Research Analyst to drive Numr's market entry in Kenya through compelling content creation and market research. This is a unique opportunity to shape our brand voice while building valuable market intelligence for the Kenyan real estate sector. You'll combine research, writing, and social media skills to create engaging content that positions Numr as a thought leader in African PropTech.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze Nairobi real estate market trends, investment opportunities, and rental insights
  • Create engaging blog posts, social media content, and market summaries for investors
  • Develop data-driven content highlighting property market opportunities in Nairobi
  • Manage and grow Numr's social media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram)
  • Produce weekly market insights and investment spotlights for the Kenyan market
  • Collaborate with the team to communicate Numr's value proposition effectively
  • Build relationships with Kenyan real estate stakeholders and data sources
  • Track content performance and optimize based on engagement metrics

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years experience in content creation, journalism, or market research
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with portfolio of published work
  • Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content
  • Basic data analysis skills and ability to interpret market trends
  • Knowledge of Nairobi/Kenyan real estate market
  • Excellent research and fact-checking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate, fintech, or PropTech content creation
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights)
  • Understanding of investment and financial concepts
  • Network within Kenyan real estate industry

  • Publishing 3-5 high-quality content pieces weekly
  • Growing Numr's social media following and engagement
  • Generating market insights that attract investor interest
  • Building a content library that showcases Nairobi market opportunities
  • Establishing Numr as a trusted voice in Kenyan PropTech
